Eye examination for the selection of corrective glasses.
The cost of the examination is 100 PLN . After the examination, you will receive a voucher in the amount of 50 PLN for the implementation of glasses at Sirene.
The test is free of charge when purchasing glasses and frames.
Eye examination for the selection of contact lenses and glasses.
The cost of the examination is PLN 150. The price of the test includes: 2 visits (including a follow-up visit), a starter package (test lenses, fluid, teaching how to put on and take off, as well as materials and instructions in paper form), after the test, you will also receive a voucher of 50 PLN for the implementation of glasses at Sirene.
For your own comfort, try not to put on make-up around the eyes just before the contact lens test.
Please reserve at least 30 minutes for examination.
If you wear contact lenses, please remove them about 30 minutes before your visit.
