What if I need to change my order?
We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. The best way to change or cancel an order is to write to email@example.com.

We will send to you e-mails with your orders status.
To check on the status of an order you can also sign into your account on www.sireneeyewear.com. Your info’s all there.
How do I submit my prescription?
Once you’re ready to checkout, you can upload an image (picture or scan) of your prescription to your order. If you’ve already placed an order, email the image of your prescription to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you fill all kind of prescriptions?
We commit to process prescriptions only for corrective lenses falling into Essilor standard range, that is, from -6 D to +6 D and with cylinder power up to and including 2.00.
Can you refuse to process my prescription?
Sirène reserves the right to refuse to process any prescription, when prescription contains incomplete data, is illegible or when Sirène internal aesthetic or safety norms may not be met.
Sirène reserves the right to refuse to process any prescription outside Essilor standard range. In such event our customer service will contact you to inform that the prescription cannot be processed and to establish further steps in processing the order.
Some powers of corrective lenses are available only at indexes higher than 1.5. In such event our customer service will contact you to inform about additional fee for a higher index.
Before you order, you’ll need a valid eyeglasses prescription (make sure it’s not for contacts!) and your pupillary distance (PD). Your PD is the distance in millimeters between your pupils, and helps us center your prescription correctly in your frames. If your doctor did not include your PD on your prescription, you can measure it using our instructions.
You can also stop by any of our retail partners and measure your pupillary distance there.
Once you have your PD, you can either hand-write it onto the copy of your prescription before scanning or submit the measurement to email@example.com.
How do I order multiple pairs of glasses with different prescriptions?
If you are interested in purchasing multiple pairs using different prescriptions (e.g. one for you and one for your girlfriend or boyfriend; one pair for distance and one for reading), please place a separate order for each prescription. Shipping is always free, so don’t worry about getting charged extra for the separate orders.
What type of corrective lenses do you offer?
All prescription lenses are very of high quality made by Essilor – one of world leader in optics.

It is Essilor’s standard lens with anti-reflection. It is included with purchase of optical frame.
Crisal Forte UV
Crizal lenses provide the highest protection against glare, scratches, smudges, dust, water, and UV light. Recommended for everybody who cares for a high standard leses and vision.
Essilor products help reduce exposure to harmful blue light from digital devices or artificial lighting. Recomended for every havy user of digital devices. It can not be suitable for designers who work with precise colouring.
Essilor Transitions® Signature VII Crizal Forte UV lenses seamlesly adapt to changing light from clear indoors to dark outdoors and every shade in between.
We offer black, brown, grey and green transitions.
Sun lenses Crizal Sun UV
We offer comfort for perscription wearers with our color range of essilor Crizal Sun UV perscription sunglasses (E-SPF 50+).
High index (thinner) lenses
High-index lenses are the right choice if you want thinner, lighter lenses. They are especially recommended if you have a strong sight defect or if you choose delicate, thin frames. We recommend 1.6 index over +-3 dioptres and 1.67 index over +-5 dioptres.
What type of sun lenses do you offer?
We offer very high quality Zeiss nylon lenses with beautiful colors.
All Zeiss sunglass lens categories feature 100% protection against UVA and UVB radiation, providing optimum protection for your eyes. You will enjoy comfortable vision when you’re outdoors in the sun. Your eyes will thank you.
In some of our frames we install sunglass lenses with a polarization filter to minimize unpleasant glare and reflected sunlight, e.g. when sailing, surfing or even driving on wet roads.

Can you help me pick out a frame?
Finding the right pair of frames can be tricky, but our personal stylists are here to help every day. Email your portrait picture to firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what you look for. We will be there to help you to choose the best frames for you.
How do I know if a frame fits me?
Are they comfortable? That’s a great start. Otherwise, a few rules of thumb:
- Pupils should be near the center of the lens
- Lenses shouldn’t extend past the side of your face
- Eyebrows should not be inside the glasses
- When you smile, your cheeks don’t push the frames up
- Frames shouldn’t slide down your nose
What if my frame doesn’t fit quite right?
If you find a frame you love but it doesn’t fit quite right you can adjust the below issues in most optical shops for free or for small fee:
- If the frames are too tight or loose behind your ears
- The temples are too long or too short
- The temples are too tight or loose at the side of your face
- The frames are crooked or slide down your face
Where can I find my frame’s measurements?
All of our frames have a few numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm. These refer to the lens width, bridge width, and temple arm length of your frames. On each product page, the frame measurements are presented as a technical drawing. We recommend comparing the measurements of your current glasses to the frame measurements on our website; this will give you an idea for how a pair will fit you.
Shipping and delivery
When can I expect my order?
The processing time depends on several things: the type of order, whether your order is complete (Do we have your prescription and PD?), and when you place it.
We endeavour to dispatch ordered products within a maximum of 5 business days (this usually takes up to 24 hours) from the moment the order is placed and outstanding balance is fully paid. The above timelines do not apply to orders of corrective lenses or corrective lens frames.
Estimated delivery times of frames without prescription lenses are:
Europe: 2-5 business days
US & Canada: 4-7 business days
Rest of the world: 7-14 business days
How much longer does it take to deliver frames with corrective lenses?
If corrective lenses are selected, the shipment time will be extended by the period required to prepare your lenses. In most cases this is 3 business days, but for more complex orders, processing a prescription may be extended to up to 21 business days.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
Sirène offers free delivery to all destinations around the world. However, please note that you are liable for any customs charges incurred during delivery.
Returns and exchanges
What is your online return and exchange policy?
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to request a full refund or exchange on any sunglasses or opticals within 14 days of delivery under the following terms:
- The item is unworn and in its original, undamaged condition
- The item has not been personalized or made to a customer’s specification like prescription glasses.
- All items are returned including the glasses, case and cleaning cloth
- The return request is accompanied by a valid invoice or order number
The right of refund or exchange does not apply in case of:
- purchase of frames with corrective lenses produced upon individual order;
- manufacturing corrective lenses upon individual order.
This policy applies only to items purchased from sireneeyewear.com
How does the returning of the ordered product work?
To request a return, please contact us via email: email@example.com. Please attach a valid invoice or order number to the e-mail. You can also use a returning form that is available on our website.
Then you should send back the frames to us. Our return address is: Sirène sp. z o.o. Niemcewicza 7/9 194 02-022 Warsaw Poland.
Sirène will return all payments received not later than 14 days from the day of your request on return and receiving back the product.
Sirène will reimburse payments using the same payment method, which was used by you in the initial transaction.
Returning responsibility and cost
Please note that all returned goods remain the responsibility of the sender until received by Sirène. We recommend you select a safe/traceable delivery service, retaining proof of postage. Sirène will not refund the delivery cost for returning the original item but upon safe receipt, we will be happy to organize the delivery of the replacement item and cover the cost of this delivery at no extra charge.
When should I pay for my order?
Payments for all products must be made before dispatch.
What kind of payments do you accept?
Payment may be made via PayPal service, via direct transfer to our bank account, via card operating within a system accepted by Sirène or by PayU service.
